Before you met Nicole what were your main struggles when it came to your professional wardrobe?
It felt impossible to find timeless plus-sized clothes made from beautiful materials that would last! It made shopping an administrative task of ploughing through websites and ordering anything which didn’t look too awful and which might fit followed by lots of faffing about sending things back or clothes which sat unworn in the wardrobe.
What have you gained from this experience and what positive outcomes has it had on your life?
Shopping with Nicole made me realise that there are beautiful luxury pieces out there for me and my body! We went to some stunning stores and bought and tried on pieces that I would never have found through my online trawls. We were really well looked after and I got to enjoy an amazing luxury shopping experience that I’d always believed was exclusively reserved for straight-sized bodies. It’s early days but getting dressed already feels so much easier. I feel confident mixing and matching the pieces we bought together and look forward to getting dressed every day.
Would you recommend Nicole? Why?
I’d whole-heartedly recommend Nicole to others, especially my fellow plus-sized people who have felt excluded from luxury personal shopping experiences. Nicole challenged me to push myself out of my comfort zone and try new colours and styles, and I’ve been amazed at how well they have worked for me. I now have a whole new wardrobe which I can mix and match, and dress up or down for office days, home working, weekend mooching and evenings out.
